Another sweep around the state tonight as the Brewers and Bucks snagged victories. In Milwaukee, we saw the return of last year’s ROY Malcolm Brogdon. Along with that was the capping off of the shitty existence of the Bradley Center. The building itself had a good run but the Buck’s have had little to no true success with it as their home floor. Can’t wait for the new stadium. Looks badass.
Brewers Manage to Avoid Blown Game
It seems as though every game is coming down until the very end and tonight was no different as The Crew slipped by the Cardinals to steal game one on the road. The Brewers jumped on St. Louis starter Miles Mikolas in the second inning thanks in part to a RBI double from Arcia and another RBI from Santana. It was in perfect fashion that Jhoulys Chachin got roughed up for three runs in less than five on 80+ pitches. This guy needs to get sent down to Nashville. Sheeeeesh. The Brewers did however go into the bottom of the ninth with the lead and yet again they give up a run with a chance to end it with a ground ball. Luckily Greg Holland decided to lose hiss fucking mind in the tenth and walked four batters which walked in the go ahead and eventually game winning run. What a fucky way to end it. Game two is tomorrow with Suter heading to the mound to face Martinez who ass blasted Milwaukee last week going over eight scoreless in a win. Cards sit currently +1.5 in Vegas.
Bucks Slide Into Sixth Seed
With a 102-86 win paired with a Heat loss to the Thunder, Milwaukee sits at the sixth seed in the East with only one game left on the schedule. It was all about Eric Bledsoe tonight as he finished with a triple double with 20/12/11. Muhammad added 22 and Middleton and Jabari gave the Bucks the right kind of boost tonight. The final game of the season will be Wednesday against likely first round opponent, Philadelphia. Oh how I would love to see us crush the process. Simmons vs Giannis would be a fantastic matchup as well.
Farewell BMO Harris Bradley Center
It was cool for a time but was definitely used and abused for years. Concerts, Basketball, Hockey, Football and countless other events littered it’s schedule every year. Now a new age. The next big thing in Wisconsin. Hopefully we can get some banners in this new place.
